  • On-site guidance: Clear, step-by-step instructions and safety reminders; assistance available via text or call.​

Site Safety

  • ADA-conscious placement: Clear approach paths and reachable controls; QR codes and locks set within common reach ranges.

  • Smart locations: Line-of-sight to public areas, away from egress routes, with low-profile signage.

  • Launch guidance: On-site tips point guests toward appropriate, safer launch areas.

Weather & Conditions

  • Dynamic closures: We pause or restrict rentals for high winds, lightning, storms, poor visibility, or unsafe water conditions.

  • Local advisories: We align with lifeguard flags, park alerts, and municipal guidance.

Guest Readiness & Rules

  • Digital waivers: Every renter signs a clear assumption-of-risk/waiver during checkout.

  • PFDs required: Life jackets are included and must be worn as posted or required by law.

  • Age & supervision: Minimum age and guardian rules are enforced in the booking flow.

  • No alcohol/drugs: Zero-tolerance policy for impaired operation.

  • Respect the environment: Leave No Trace reminders and wildlife awareness included.

Insurance & Compliance

  • General Liability: Maintained at the company level; Certificates of Insurance available for partners.

  • Host protection: Partners may be added as Additional Insured with Primary & Non-Contributory wording and Waiver of Subrogation where applicable.

  • Permits & policies: We comply with local laws, concessions, and park/municipal requirements.

Data & Payments

  • Secure checkout: Encrypted payments handled by vetted processors; no card data stored on kiosks.

  • Privacy by design: We collect only what’s needed to operate safely and lawfully.

Incidence Response & Reporting

  • Immediate help: Guests can reply to their confirmation text or call the support line—24/7.

  • Documented follow-up: We log incidents, assess gear/site, and implement corrective actions.

  • Transparent communication: Partners receive summaries when incidents occur on their site.

For Partners: Your Role

  • Provide a small space. We manage the rest—install, operations, maintenance, closures, and support.

  • See the impact. Monthly usage summaries and insights into traffic peaks and dwell time.
